    How to eat clean.

    The only legitimate "clean" food I would say is vegetables and fruits and you have openly declared you don't like them. If you are so keen on "eating clean" perhaps not liking them should be eliminated in your thoughts. After all, its mind over matter.

    Back after a long time!

    I had doubts using wii to get fit but I am now a converted addict lol.. its true what they say, you won't feel sore because you enjoy every minute of it. Its only after you're done will you feel the soreness of your muscles..This means its working where it's supposed to work.

    Also have some fruits, lots of them. They are healthy and they have natural fibers too! You can have one for snacks and every after meal—it's packed with powerful nutrients and is readily available.

    The best way to start your day is having eggs..whether boiled, fried, scrambled. Eating it with a toast or 2 with a glass of orange juice or any other fruit drink is a powerful combination.

    4 Months today on VLCD - what a blooming difference!

    You are an inspiration! I was planning to start losing (and become fit!) next month..lol..I know, all the next months in the world have passed and I have not started yet! Seriously though, I looked at your pictures and became instantly inspired..On second thoughts..Maybe I will start tomorrow? ;)

    Wedding diet - want the dress and the bikini!

    The hard part is starting, the hardest is maintaining...after that its eezy breezy! I will see you in a bikini 4 mos. from now and you will look absolutely fantastic! Can't wait :D

    Sweet Potato Suggestions

    Very good source of dietary fiber and rich in nutrients. Good for people on diet. Much more healthy than an average potato. It's sweet so you can have it for dessert or just as plain snack anytime. Does not matter if it's boiled or fried-- yummy!
