    Please help me this is my second day on ss and both days ive got to 8 at night and then ive eaten something then i cant stop:cry:trouble is my husband runs a club and i work behind the bar so do lots of long hours and i get hungry:( what can i do???

    Getting back on track

    Hi guys, this is my 3rd week, after losing 8lb in my first i was so chuffed i decided to celebrate!!!eek!:mad: then had tummy bug then was so hungry i ate, put 3lb back on,:cry: feeling really deflated now, my 1st day has been so hard, i'm starving, freezing and miserable!!!     cnt get into it

    :DYou look fab!! at the end of my first weigh in last thurs i lost 8lb then went on a bit of a bender, mine too was drink, tough being as i run a club and always having drinks bought me, trying to get back to it today, starving though!!:cry:

    How much exercise are you doing?

    Im just half way through week one, does every one find sticking to ss as hard as me, each time i open the fridge i have to tear myself away!
