I'm a newbie doing it from home too.. :) inspired by a work colleague who lost loads of weight before her wedding in July! Hoping to lose 3st9lb for my holiday with the OH in July and also to be chief bridesmaid at my aunties wedding in August!
My favourite snacks are: mugshots, tins of tuna, boiled eggs, peppers chopped up and dipped into low low cheese spread (use as HExA), carrot sticks, cucumber sticks!
For the past few months I've been on and off with Slimming World for months now! I used to go to the groups but didn't enjoy them and they are no others in my area!
I'll be doing it on my own but I will finally shift this weight!.. I want to lose 3 1/2 stone! I'm going to write my food diary on...
