Yes I log my food in MFP it started just to keep track of what I was eating but I am close to target now and I am finding it hard to lose the last few pounds. Sometimes I am over but I am usually around 1200-1500 calories. I eat 3 good meals every day and only snack when I am hungry.

Sounds like he has had some yummy lunches already! What about buying a food flask so he can take warm food too? My husband works on the road too and he often takes leftovers in his food flask and sometimes soup. You could also try slimming world quiche or the slimming world breakfast loaf?

I am watching this as I go away soon too and would like a few ideas! I did think about taking the slow cooker and using that for a couple of meals. Is it worth preparing a few bits before you go? We had a bbq today. We had home made lean burgers, steak, low fat sausages, sw wedges & lots of salad. We also made chicken skewers with the sw sticky chicken recipe. They were so nice!

Glad to help. I stocked up! The mullerlights had good dates on too so will last a couple of weeks :)

Sainsburys have 6 mullerlights half price. Alpen light bars 2 for £3 and Diet Coke 8 can packs buy one get one free. Hope this helps someone!
