I have been following SW for 12 months and have lost 2 stone (put a little bit back on recently) although I should be at my target now - if I didn't fall off the wagon every couple of weeks!     Slimming world and no energy

    I've been on SW for just over 12 months now and when I am fully on plan I feel incredible. I have wavered recently and had a few gains, I'm feeling awful! I know its because I'm stuffing my body with toxins again but once I'm back on plan (tomorrow!) I know after a week or so I'll feel great...

    30 Day Squat Challenge - Anyone care to join me?

    I started the 30 day squat/crunch/plank challenge - did Day 1 and couldnt move! had a lot to deal with at home so went off plan, gained a few lbs etc but it all starts again tomorrow, I'll be back on this! would be good if a few did it and took measurements before & after to compare inches...
