    I find i go through phases of this - i think it's mood related! I find if i am a bit low or work / family are a bit trying then i have less control over food as it becomes a 'comfort'. When all is well i dont seem to need that comfort!

    I totally agree with this - i think there is less and less of an argument surrounding 'fat' and a lot more evidence pointing towards sugar as the enemy. Personally i think using syns on 'natural' foods is the way to go, as opposed to processed. Not to mention how addictive sugar is too..

    I stick to red days as much as possible as I find them more effective - it also helps keep any gains down if I do have any blips! The only problem I have with red days is being inspired re: food. It can get a bit monotonous if you stick to bacon, eggs and chicken! I think I may need a red day...

    Are there any HEX B's I can use that are not cereal or bread based? I have a wheat intolerance and stay well clear of anything 'grainy!'. I seem to recall that Olive Oil is a HEX B, but i'm not sure if this is still the case..? Thank you
