Hi all i had baby 15 weeks ago and am finding it so hard to stick to plan i lost 3st while preg i felt great after baby now i have 1st back on and dnt want to put that other 2 st bk on i really want this just finding it hard to get willpower x

I have been so bad was ok untill after dinner could not stop eating it was weigh in Yesterday so had treat day but sort of carryed on today to I dnt think its a gud idea for me to have a treat day I think it takes me off track x
This is my 2nd week I lost 3 an half first week was made up cos I ate so much and was so nawty the weekend had a drink an chippy an McDonald's so am happy I have a long way to go want to lose 6st x
