    Hi all, I started a diet four weeks ago and have lost 10 pound so far. I think for me I need someone there to motivate me. Start weight; 18.14 Weight now; 18.4 Goal weight; 13stone. (I think)

    Starting again. Again

    I'm starting again, in four weeks I've lost 10 pounds and want to lose my next four pound in time for Christmas Day. I drink 2litres of water a day, upped my fruit and veg intake, but my problem is I carry most of my weight on my tummy. What exersizes can I do to help flatten it?
