    I drink loads easier when im at work, can easily do 3ltrs during my 8hr shift and then more at home but when im off I struggle cos I end up being busy lol done only about 3 and 3/4 ltr today but also been putting more than 227ml in my shakes....Every little helps haha Good luck tomorrow keep...

    Have you tried the porridge too? Verdict? I just want to try every product then I know what I do and don't want and going forward i can have as much variety as possible. So far ive liked all the shakes and soups, I don't like mushroom so not tried that but I tasted my bro's chicken n mushroom...

    Wow are you sure 7ltr?? Thats a lot! Min advised ia 2.25ltr but a well known consultant Lawrence brown advises on his YouTube blogs to drink 4ltrs. Check them out he's so positive and inspirational....his channel is Dual Dynamics, ive watched them all in a couple of days :) xx
