    Im on 14000 a year after tax and ive been on slimming world for 6 months now and lost 2 stone. I agree with everyone else, for the price she paid for those pop tarts she could have had a weeks worth of frut and veg in aldi.

    Heres the syns for cinema popcorn

    I went to the cinema this week and took half a bag of haribo bonissimo (3.5) and a bag of tesco sweet and salted popcorn (3.5) and had a HUGE diet pepsi, didnt feel like i ws missing out and still have syns to enjoy the rest of the week :) win win

    Nandos! Whole meal for 6.5 syns yipee :)

    I have always had butterfly chicken, skin on and marinade, spice rice, mixed leaf salad and halloumi and counted it as my HexA + 6.5 Syns and ive never not lost weight so im sticking with it :P

    My consultant doesnt reccomend saving your syns, and ive had bigger loses the weeks ive used all my syns than the weeks ive only had a few, dont know why lol

    Eating out - vegetarian

    At wetherspoons the sweet chilli noodles are around 5 syns i think :)

    When im really craving mcdonalds i either have cheesburger happy meal with fruit bag & diet coke (15 Syns) or chicken nugget happy meal with the fries and diet coke (14.5 Syns) hope this helps!

    You definately cant have nan bread as a healthy extra im afraid you can only have wholewheat bread! A normal plain naan is 21.5 Syns or peshwari would be 23.5 A 360g serving of korma is 16.5 Syns Youd be better off either making it yourself or going for a rogan josh with plain rice no naan...

    I find the gluten free wraps are only nice if you use them as a pizza base :/ if you use them as a wrap they are horrible. I usually make naked fajita bowls, as in i make the fajitas using paprika and other herbs and spices (which are free) and then have them with rice xx

    Going to the cinema - need to plan syns!!

    Im going to take a bag of tesco sweet and salty popcorn with me when i go to the cinema on friday which is around 4 syns :) And have a huge diet coke!! Were going to nandos just before though so hopefully i will be too full to have much!

    Slimming world while at Butlins with a premium dining plan?

    Has anyone been to butlins while on slimming world? I go in 3 weeks time and we have an all inclusive premium dining plan and i just wondered how easy its going to be to stick to plan? I need to try and lose while im there to keep on track, or at least maintain!!

    Anyone 12 stones to 11 stones

    Im 12 Stone 3lbs at the moment, started at 13 1 so although i went through a stone barrier on my first weigh in it didnt feel like much! Quite excited to get into the 11s :D
