If you can eat food cold like pasta thats always good for snacking on.....I do nights as well I take lots of Fruit, Sea Food Sticks, Mug Shots....this way if i get peckish i just eat the good stuff rather than syns. Snack a Jacks are good for quick snacks the crisp versions are around 4 syns a pack.

You should have a look at the section above SYN Free Yoghurts....some of them are nice and Syn Free!

I think these may be about 10 1/2 from what I can find, the pot is 135g and is around 207 kcal which is equal to 10.5 Syns on EE
