Gingerninja...I too have lumber area disk problems, from when I first hurt myself at 21 to now hitting 40 this year and 3 babies later I gained 8 stone from lack of being able to excersise, getting a car and bad bad lifestyle choices coupled with depression. Your good news is you aren't waiting...
