    You'll be fine. Water, black coffee, distraction techniques, spend ages doing your nails, go for a walk, go to bed if you can- seriously, this will pass in a few days. I PROMISE you are going to be well in the swing of things by next week. Keep going!!!! X

    Try brushing your your teeth when cooking, or if you're desperate chew some super strong gum for a minute or two, I find this helps to subdue my cravings when cooking for hubby or little one x

    I hated the tomato too, as did my sister and mum, gross!!! oriental chili, veg, mushroom, chicken and mush and leek and potato are all really nice IMO. You can add pepper etc to taste. I always eat mine with a teaspoon to make them last longer lol! X

    Hi Kelly, I hated hated the spicy tomato but all the others are really nice, particularly the oriental chili and chicken and mushroom, IMO. Treat yourself to lovely sparkling water and the nicest coffees you can get your hands on! good luck ! Let us know how you get in at weigh in! X

    Lemon bar has least carbs, I love all the chewy bars, the crunch bars are really tasty but really hard to bite/cut! The lemon bar is a yummy non chocolate alternative to all the others. X

    Have you tried the porridge or rice pudding? And you can have bars from week 2. No point chugging shakes only if you hate them! I make my my rice pudding savoury and it is absolutely lush- add a spoon of curry powder and a sprinkle of chili powder it's like an Indian risotto! Keep going! X
