    Taster night

    Ny suggestions? When I was a previous member I used to dodge taster night but I'm determined to stay to each meeting! No holidays planned as wedding saving so no excuses! Anyone got any ideas what to make that's easy and not too expensive?

    Stayed the same so pleased it's not a gain! And you're right about comparing it to previous weeks my meals all used to be healthy but weekends were wine and chocolate based!!

    Just in my second week and had two dinners out and drinks, it's only my second weigh in tomorrow so scared!! Tried to pick most SW friendly meals on menus but know I've gone way over syns!! Hardly ever eat out just bad luck had three things going on this week!!

    I shouldn't be so hungry!

    I always have soup for lunch with lots of lentils, veg and I'm never hungry in the afternoon, but even if I was wouldn't be able to eat until I got home from work anyway so drink at least a litre of water as well. X

    Thinking of joining a class... Help!

    I'm starting back at SW tonight, have done the diet before and lost nearly two stone, then gave up, then did we then did eat whatever I want diet!! Luckily I've only gained a few pounds since I last did SW shut need to get my motivation back!!!
