excellent, congratulations. It all counts in the long run. I guess we are so impatient and want to see results super fast, but thinking back, all the extra weight didn`t go on overnight, so I`m more accepting of a slow decrease now. :)

I will, and hope you get on well too. By eating my main meal at lunch time, it helps "burn it off" rather than eating later at night (dinner was around 7pm)

Yes everyone is different. I`ve tried every diet out there in thee past 20 years of having PCOS. I lost most weight following Atkins diet, but the negative remarks about how "bad" it was for my health by eating so much fat made me give up. I`ve not long started SW, (two months) and enjoy it, but...

I lost 2kg in the next 2 weeks after that, but this week it was only 0.5kg off. I`m now going to use the diary to eat the same foods for another week to try lose 1kg a week.Trial and error :sigh:

I joined SW online last month as I don`t have a schedule that allows for weekly classes. I`m enjoying it, and Friday is weigh-in day for me, slow but sure, just 0.5lb off for me too... and I`ve been meticulous with food intake. :sigh:

I bought a cheap burger press from a well known buying site. It`s so easy to use and makes quarter pounders in seconds or half again for 2oz burgers. Open freeze then bag & store. Extra lean turkey mince is flavoured with Cajun spice. Beef is flavoured with BBQ spice, sometimes add chopped onion.

Share with a friend or two. Three colleagues at work are following SW. We created a lunch club and take turns of providing lunch, re-heating in the microwave things like curries. It We switched our main meal to lunch-time and just have a snack meal of soup, fruit & yogurt in the evenings...

Food diary helped me. I was super good and did EE religiously, and had two weeks of no weight loss. I had mostly superfree foods and 5 syns per day or less. It turned out I wasn`t eating enough calories to actually lose anything. It was strange to actually increase my calories and use more syns...
