    Are you drinking enough water? When you're dehydrated, your body goes into crisis mode and clings onto your fat. That could be it. Can't hurt to up your intake and see if it helps.

    I'm exactly the same!! I noticed if I plan my meals and healthy snacks so they're 3 hours apart and I drink a glass of water before I eat each time, I don't even think about snacking. Try it. It worked for me! xx

    The next weigh in after a gain, tends to be a big loss so don't let it get you down. You've lost a huge amount of weight in a small time-frame so a small gain could be expected at this stage. Just carry on as you are and it'll all balance out. Good luck!

    Hi, well done on your success so far! Have you tried drinking more water? When you're dehydrated, your metabolism slows down and your body holds onto excess fat stores. You'd also be more likely to over-eat as you mistake thirst for hunger. Can't hurt to try :)
