    How do you stay focused?

    I have found planning my snacks helps. Like say pickled onions, a mini tuna salad, Carrot sticks or a Sw treat etc. I stopped buying multi packs of crisps, chocolate or other things like that, as its all temptation and i would end up eating it in bulk lol.
