    51 weeks on SW (some weeks on plan better than others) and I got my shiney 3stone sticker. So chuffed, 3/4 of the way there, the final stone is going to be tough, but summer salads and more activities should help. keep plugging on everyone!

    Only 1 lb loss for me, little bit gutted too. Maybe it's a February thing! The gin and slim lines are totally off the menu this week. I can't even look at a bottle of wine wine without gaining at least 2lbs. lets plan that march into March SW people!

    Good vibes please for tomorrow. I've still got 1lb to loose to get back to pre-christmas weigh in. January & February were unkind to me with the scales, but having purchased a lot of new clothes in the sales I'm itching to get into them for March! Bring on the springtime slimming world season :)

    Beefeater Extra Easy

    I went for lunch at a beefeater today. Pretty poor choice in my eyes. No option of jacket potato instead of chips. Very little for healthy chicken or fish (1 option of each, ask for no sauce).     Hi, I'm a new joiner. Started end of April, was doing well (10lb loss) but 2 days away camping over the weekend saw the first gain of 1.5lb. Having totted up the beers, the morning bacon sandwich and a chilli con carne (probably not extra lean mice) I'm not surprised with last nights weigh in...
