Just had my first pack of the day, cinnamon apple porridge...mmmm I here a lot of people don't like them so bake them as a biscuit but I love all the porridges....

I actually forgot to have my 3rd pack until about 9pm so had a bar, couldn't be bothered to go downstairs to make a shake up... Had a lovely day with my grand babies today they're growing up so fast (jakoby is 3yrs & Saraya is 3 months)

Thanks Cate you're 100% right, you words of wisdom has made me realise I'm on the path of emotional eating & need to get off it NOW! If I don't conquer this emotional eating I will never be able to maintain any weight loss... Today is day 1 of re start, I can do this I know I can...xxx

OMG! What the hell did I do yesterday??? Grrrr I was fine all day up to about 7pm then I just ate anything & EVERYTHING... Emotional eating at its best. My beautiful daughter has fertility problems due to NHS neglect....A very long story but the short version my daughter was missed diagnosed...

So disappointing when we have a gain but if the TOTM I'd say you're right in thinking it fluid retention. Have a good week chick xxx
