    Thank you!! Still doesn't feel great. and to be honest, i am feeling pretty depressed this past week. Loosing that weight doesn't matter to me as much as my mental health with some personal issues, and my relationship with food (sad i know) Really wondering if this is still worth it.

    i dont like the taste of a few oft them, so it limits me. I hate, fruits of the forest and mango, and i can cope with strawberry. Banana and Chocolate. I've added coffee granulaes to chocolate shake, blend it with some ice and water, and it makes a nice ice cooler thing!

    I always used to get a take out with my partner and watch a movie. now i feel so rubbish, i have to sit there and watch him eat a gorgeous pizza or something. He says he wants to support me, but he doesn't know how, without food being envolved.
