    Salad ideas

    I eat salads pretty much every lunch time and they tend to be the same! Normally iceberg mixed with a bag of mixed leaves, cucumber/tomato etc. I then add extras such as tinned potatoes, cooked beetroot, egg, pasta. Then toppings such as - beef pastrami, tuna, smoked salmon :)

    Chocolate and Crisps have been my biggest downfall, how do you get around them?

    I've been having the Metcalfes Topcorn (sweet and salted) as a snack instead of crisps :)
