Hi all - does anyone know what the syns on this product are please - I assume they're not free in the way a tin of beans would be but I'm hoping that at least the beans count towards free food?! Or is it like jarred tomato sauce in that they don't...

    1% milk from tesco

    I don't know for sure but as skimmed (0.1%) is 350ml and semi-skimmed (1.5-2%) is 250ml, I'd say probably 275-300ml?

    Syns in Quinoa

That's the one breeza - thank you. I normally have 1/4 of a pack in my salad, so about 1.5ish syns. That's fine and saves the hassle of cooking it myself (and cleaning the strainer - impossible!)

    Syns in Quinoa

Anyone know what the syn value of the Merchant Gourmet precooked Quinoa is? I'm assuming it has one as it has oil in it. I know that a whole pack of it is no more than 10g of olive oil, which is 0.73 tablespoons - so about 1.5 syns in the whole pack if that's all I'm measuring - but just wanted...

    DOING SW FROM HOME???

I am doing it from home at the moment, thinking about doing the online plan but trying out this forum first to see if it will do the trick. Main problem I have is finding out what qualifies as HEX but I guess I can ask that on here - can I? Been to group before, really didn't like it!

Hi I'm probably going to sign up to online membership later but in the meantime, I just wanted to ask - is Aldi's Really Nutty Muesli still a HEX B? The last reference I can find to it online is from 2012. Thanks x
