    He gets them from Wiggle - you can get sports and science or high5 ones from Halfords etc. The hydration tablets - hopefully keeping your salts in balance will stop you getting to that point

    As long it's consistant it shouldn't matter. Sometimes I'll eat before class sometimes afterwards and it doesn't seem to affect my weight loss

    What are you drinking? I use the powerbar zero calorie sports drinks when I do circuits as it keeps my blood sugar up (hubby put me onto them as he uses them with cycling) - TBH I've just assumed they were no syn as it says zero calorie but am burning it off at the same time.

    The other thing is a lot of people find that weight that goes on fast also comes off fast (not as fast as it went on admittedly) - one of the ladies in our group went on holiday and came back 9lb heavier - in 2 weeks she lost 8.5lb of it

    Think I need a slap, weighed today and lost half a pound - so why aren't I happy?     Apparently when you start doing exercise you can retain water as your muscles heal themselves - but then the week after you'll see the drop - fingers crossed that holds true for you

    It may seem hard but you need to try and forget about what you did and get back on plan - yes you've had several bad days but you can do damage limitation. In the future when you have a night like you did on Friday you need to go straight back on plan - and NOT skip breakfast

    Going gluten free is a complete pain to start off with, and the subsitutes aren't as nice as the gluten free ones but you do get used to it. I haven't found combining it with slimming world creates much problems (but I'd been GF for 4 years before doing SW)

    The other thing to think about is how much percentage you may have lost compared to them, if they were much bigger than you to start with then they may well drop a bigger number - ie you both drop 1% of your body weight, someone who is 20 stone will have lost a lot more than someone who is 10stone
