    Thank you hun! Though it is saying no points! But it must be doing some good, so i will keep at it! I suppose it's toning rather than weight loss.

    I have been doing 20 sit up each night before i go to bed, i am planning to extend the amount I do every couple of weeks so that i gradually get used to it. Cannot see any way of tracking this on the activities for pro points. Can anybody please help me!?

    Curry recipes

    Some of these curries look so good! Will try them! I tried to get my friend to make butter chicken for our dinner night but she thought it was too hard! I love to cook though and cannot wait to try it myself!

    New here! Restarting Weightwatchers and intending to stick it out!

    Hi everyone, I found this website and it looks like great support. I have started weightwatchers again, after about 2 years. Last time i was doing ok but when Christmas came and i gave up, hoping to be succesful this time, i am in the mindset.. i hope!
