    Well done. Everything you've said is so true. From motivation to watching what you eat despite it being "free" food, to how it feels to reach target and being able to do/wear what you want. Been there and WILL be again. :)

    Hello from a newbie...

    Well, a newbie to this site but sadly not to trying to lose weight :sigh: I was actually at target. 6 hard fought stones. Then life intervened (bad relationship break up) and I let go of the ball and regained a load of it. :eek: Not all of it, but enough to make me hang my head in shame that...

    Have i got the jist of the slimming world basics

    Hello - I've just found this site :) Am I right in thinking that I can munch wafer thin ham (from Asda or Tesco) to my heart's content? I use it as snack food along with carrots. Just suddenly thought I'd best check.
