Yesterday I cooked the sw caribbean pepperpot stew in mine, just adjusted the liquid quantities down for the slow cooker and left it on low all day - boiled some rice up and served - it was absolutely scrummy!!

Good luck on your journey - I too have just restarted sw, I did it for a few weeks last year but couldnt get my head around how I was "allowed" to eat so much and lose weight but hubby and I need to lose weight and I need to start cooking healthier meals for us and the kids so sw is a no brainer...
