Hi so pleased to have found this thread. I live in Galicia Northern Spain and have been on SW on and off for over a year. Here in Galicia I really struggle to find foods that are Slimming World friendly. I have ued the yoghurts from Mercadonna and was convinced that they were at leat 2 syns...

I'm convinced that drinking water does aid weight loss but I can only manage a litre a day otherwise I'm up abd down all night on the loo.:rolleyes:

thanks for this I'm definately going to give it a go. I dont go to group because we dont have them here is Spain so i think this website it going to be a godsend.
