    First day on SW, so we're giving syn free curry and bhajis a go :) and then a rum and diet coke to use up some of those pesky syns heehee

    Banana pancake

    I'm new to SW as well, but I'm sure I've seen a few people say that cooking the banana would mean syns- if you chopped and just added them onto the already cooked plain pancakes, that would work I believe!

    Hi all! Just started SW today, but I'm finding myself hungry. Usually, I would fill myself with bread or biscuits, but I clearly need alternatives! What are your "always on hand" go to snacks, please? I'm not finding that fruit staves off the rumbles for long! Tia xx

    Ooh good luck to you, too!! Starting weight is 13st 3lb (or 185lb). No real idea of a weight goal- just to reduce the muffin top which is rapidly growing!!
