    Normal weight loss

    I can't not drink - I'm young and we go out every weekend, I try to compensate by dancing like a mad women to burn of the cals though lol! It didn't effect me this week, and I was out both Fri and Sat which is unusual and pretty boozy both nights, I still lost 5llbs! :)

    I think a treat a week is fine... just as long as your don't go way overboard! There is no point in making yourself miserable, if you want a chinese, have one, but make sure nothing is batter, and boiled rice, no starters etc - then maybe just do a quick 25 minute walk the next morning, will...

    I'm a ready made girl all the way! I couldn't be bothered to make them, and the Cafe Classic/Peach Smoothies are my fav they only come ready made! Does anyone else find the Strawberry ones revolting?

    Newbie to slimfast..can i join u all? :)

    Hi Frumy! I started SF a week ago, and I am actually finding it ok, a bit tired and grumpy around 5pm but feel great once I have had my evening meal. I usually just have 9am (ish) - Slimfast Smoothie or Shake 1pm - Slim Fast Shake 3.30pm Slimfast Snack Bar or SF cheese bites 6.30pm ish...

    I think you can drink tea, as long as it is either Black or with Skimmed Milk - NO SUGAR! If not I have a serious problem... I'm addicted to it and it gets me through the afternoon cravings!
