    What do you eat for breakfast (or rather, what can I eat for breakfast!)

    i find that if i eat a low carb brekky im fuller for longer, so omellette and salad or youghurt and fruit works well for me. If I have cereal or bread Im starving within 2 hours!

    Bra size!

    As I have lost weight, my cup size hasnt changed alot, i started a 42F and am now a 32G - no idea how my cupsize has ended up bigger!! My tummy is still huge but hoping that my tummy tuck will help that so until then Im a really odd shape - small back and huge tummy, yuk!!

    thankyou frantastic, i dont want to ask my gp about it as im sure that she will say that i shouldnt be doing a vlcd like cambridge. She is very old school, and I also have another medical condition that wasnt on the induction form but that is a major consideration and i do feel that if id asked...

    i had gallstone trouble few years ago but they settled down with no treatment - I am on day 9 of CD SS +1 and my gallstones are grumbling. Is this due to the diet? does anyone have any advice to offer me? Id be really grateful! I wasnt aware that you had to eat a certain amount of fat to stop...

    newbie Ive stared SS+ today, had apple and cinnamon porridge, choc shake in tetra pack at work, vegetable soup and cottage cheese and celery, and lots of water - hope I can stick to it, have only just found this forum and will be searching for tips and info, but if anyone has anything to offer...
