I'm the same, eat when I'm sad, mad angry etc. Can't stop myself. Then afterwards feel bad about it. Never stops me the next time though. I convince myself I deserve it because ...... but it does not really make things better does it. And so the cycle goes on.
Well first gain for me this week, one and a half pounds. First gain since new year so I can't grumble. Need to get more focused, not talk about it, do it !

I find lunch the hardest meal of the day to plan. Need to take it with me, the only facility is a kettle and a fridge. Tend to take pasta or rice salads, these are getting boring now.

I did not go to class last night due to thinking I have put on (too much nicey's on Mothers Day) now I wish I had gone and faced the scales. I suppose if we are to continue with this long term we will always have ups and downs on the scales.

I find it hard to control my syns while following 'ee', it does not seem like a diet so my old habbits creep back in. I did loose 2lb on it last week, but my scales show I have put it back on again this. Thats my fault tho not the plan.
