    Pick by all means. Have carrot sticks to hand, celery, peppers, and cherry tomatos, plus have a basket of fruit on the desk. Make a jar of humus lots to pick at :)

    Puddings Chickpea Buns

    Yes I did mince them well, and did add the baking powder and the mixture did taste good and look good. Next time I will add 2 tsp of lemon juice as the taste of chick pea came through strong this time, I also added 1/4 tsp of the vanilla essence and almond essence.

    I made these buns, and they rose and smelt lovely. Peeled back the paper and they were wafer thin, they looked as though they would be a good 1" deep but no, what have I done wrong?:cry:
