    Thanks Jodidi, trial and error is the key thing to remember I think, I'll give it a go but I don't think I'm going to get a chance until tuesday. Thanks for taking the first step for me! I'll have a go using teflon sheets and see if that helps with the sticking problem too.

    That would be great if you could try making them with sweetener, I've looked on the splenda website for a recipe but no joy I'm afraid. Let us know how you get on.

    I've tried this too and it's amazing!!!!! what would be even better though is if it would be possible to make meringues out of artificial sugar.... I don't suppose anyone else knows if this is possible???
