In 2008 I lost 9 stone on LL, and over the last few your put it back on, I've tried CD, and weight watchers and each time ive failed and gained after.
I'm starting LL next Tuesday and can't wait!

Good luck hun, my tips would be the same as above - mouthwash and water, I find peppermint tea and coffee are great for keeping me filling full when there is a hour or so before my next shake. Extra layers of clothing for when your feeling chilly. I do weigh myself a lot but i think...
The first week is really hard but hang in there - im sure you'll have a big loss soon, your body is probably a little shocked i once stayed the same for 2 weeks then lost 13lbs. It will happen for you hun x
