Hi Just 2lb off this week. No excuse but rather bad domestic stuff going on and reverted to eating. In a way it's good to know that I haven't lost this habbit yet and need to find something else to replace food at times of stress. Will keep working on it.

8lbs is great and a really good start. I only lost 6 in my first week. We all loose at different rates. You will probably notice more in how your clothes feel and being less bloated. Hopefully that feeling will encourage you.Keep smiling
Try some very light weights 1 or 2 kg. Use these to do bicep curls and tricep exercises. This won't hurt your sciatica. Have you tried chiropractic for your sciatica they are brilliant.

Hi all, my first wi today but only 5 days since started. Lost 6lb. I still find I'm hungry though. Feeling positive. Have managed to get some porridge as I can't do with the soup and it's pretty OK.

I'm on 3rd day. I'm just trying to think of hunger as something positive. Actually it hasn't been too bad so far didn't think I'd get through 1st day.
