    hi i am in week 5 now and i did start to excersise during the first week!! went out running while the family ate dinner.. it was hard, but by the second week you notice a massive improvement in energy. I lost 29lb in 4 weeks, be it soley from LT or help with excersice, im a happy bunny...

    i am now on the first day of week four, really struggled the weekend as it was bank holiday (very long weekend)! But 22lb so far so got to keep it going!! good luck to everyone xx
