well done for already losing two stone. I weighed 14st 8 wen i started the CD four weeks ago, and I weighed in at 13st 2 on monday. SO I lost 20 pounds in... 4weeks ish. IT look me a year and a half to lose that on weight watchers!! really happy, and my clothes are getting loose!!! cant wait...
