I have just posted in the other forum. I have been on them for nearly 2 weeks and lost 4lbs. It says it is only an aid and it should only add another .5lb for every lb you loose on your own - I am pleased though I think it will help you, Good luck, Claire

Hi all, I am on Alli to have been on it and lost about 4lbs which I am really happy about - only had wind as a side effect and even though I ate Fish and Chips on holiday last week nothing happened - I was really shocked. Hope everyone else is doing OK, Claire
