    hi, iam following points at the moment, have done core which i loved and felt so healthy on it,but my planning skills where rubbish so ket running out of core foods so i went back to points for now as i find it easier....i am an addict of 0 points soup,just made some for lunch.:)

    Hi iam new to here, not really sure how to use this all yet. :sigh: have been following ww, but really am seeking to gain a better realtionship with food and health. i have tried many diets and am expert in self sabotage. my aim is to get healthy and hopefully lose 3 stone...1 stone lost...

    i do ww online and its great as support, as well as offering meal plans recipes, fitness advice tips, a wealth or info on there and lots of friendly people on the boards Heidi xx
