    Weight Watchers - 3 week plateau

    Hi, I've been on WW for 8 weeks. I've lost 14lb, which is great. Most of which however was lost in the first 4 weeks. I did kick start for the first two weeks. I do plenty of exercise, squash 2 x a week and running 15 miles per week, I have consistently lowered my BMI. I am careful not to cheat...
