    Bleugh! Full fat milk!

    years ago when my mum was doing SW she stopped having marg on bread (i.e. sandwiches and toast etc) so I followed suit (cos I'm lazy more than anything and it's one less thing to do!) but now whenever I have a shop bought sandwich, all I can taste is the greasy marg they put on it... BLURGH!! :D

    grrrr... motivation problems!

    Another thing to remember... if youre exercising lots, muscle weighs more than fat so it could be that you've lost Fat weight but gained muscle weight... which is a good thing as the muscles help you beurn the fat quicker, even at rest :) So back off dem der scales, they're EVIL!

    Aww really sounds like you've had the day from hell. If you feel that bad about the group (and they made you feel like that - unbelieveable!) then I'd say you should definitely change groups. I know what you mean about working your ass off for a small loss as it happened to me last week...

    LOL totally agree... I had a sneaky weigh last night before I went to my official WI and I had to do it 3 times cos it fluctuated about 2 lb each time! unofficial scales are EVIL! ;)
