    SYN FREE YOGHURTS

    There is a new yogurt in Aldi - Optifit Active FAT FREE Forest Fruits. I checked the syn values and it was Free. I'm not sure if anyone has seen these yet? Or whether it really is free?

    My leader suggested the bachelors pasta pot shots. You just add water to them. The chicken one is 1 syn on G & EE and the tomato & herb is free. Hope that helps!

    I have just been to Aldi and bought the new Optifit Active FAT FREE forest fruits yogurt. I have seen a lot of posts about the low fat optifit yogurts but I think these are brand new out. Anyway, I went on the syn calculator and they came out as free. Can anyone clarify if they have tried these...

    OMG- going to set a bit of a longer challenge as its only

    I usually do red and green but find i do more green as Im not a big meat fan! I dont really understand EE as I thought the whole point was to cut out carbs on red days and protein on green days? Thanks for the help :)

    Im trying very hard to move this weight but I just seem to be adding to it this couple of weeks! : ( I havent treated myself to take out, I eat mainly free food, and have my hex's, yet I still barely move any weight. Maybe I should cut my portion sizes down?
