Hi anyone got a receipe for SW pancakes?

I am just about to attempt to make a sponge cake, one vanilla and one chocolate orange. I am having a buffet tomorrow and trying to make all food less than 2 syns per serving!

Quark is in Sainsbury's for 55p per tub, it is down by the speciality cheese

I'm new to SW and when I joined the instructor said that I could buy the packets of dried pasta mix, make it with water and it would be free on extra easy/green days. Can someone confirm that this is true for all flavours or is it only the tomato based flavours not the ones with the cheese...
