    1 year on since starting calorie counting!

    and i'm under my original goal weight of 10 stone, no gaining :D I just wanted to do this to thank everyone here for their support especially when I first starting my journey.. I promise its soooo worth it! I will never be big again! :D x

    myfitnesspal I think is the best but I have also used foodfocus, but have heard it can be unreliable. Both will come up in google :] xx

    Is what Im eating enough/ok?

    my stomach tells me i *need* rubbish everyday, im ignoring it ;D Are you veggie? To be honest that really doesnt sound enough to me. 4 stone by september is 100% achievable! Are you using a calorie diary like foodfocus.co.uk ? Thats the one I use, I quite like it but theres loads of others. :)...

    serafyn well done on the 3lbs loss, thats brilliant! :) I tend to be eating quite a lot of bags of crips (within my 1300 cals) is that really bad? sometimes 400 calories a day worth of crisps ;/ My goal this week is to have no crisps though! I love 3 bean salad.. mmm :)

    Been back to 1300 cals since my last weigh in, lost 3 pounds! I think it was down to the too lower calories! I'm vegetarian and don't eat egg or cheese either so the calories i am eating are pretty healthy, I'm new to checking carbs and stuff.. what do i look out for? thanks x

    ahh :( I'm so upset at the moment. I was on 1300 calories for the first 2 weeks of my diet, and lost 10 pounds. I think it was at the start of this week i cut to 1000 and havent lost ANYTHING. Would it be because of this? I just feel like i cant lose weight.. its awful :(

    Hiya, did you find upping the calories helped? I have recently been eating 1000 a day and found ive stopped losing weight. I was doing 1300, not sure if its since i dropped to 1000 that the losses have stopped. x

    Are you weighing in each week on the wii? I read somewhere it can be a bit unreliable getting the correct weight - not sure though!     This week was ok for me, until thursday! Went to a cafe and had chips and beans.. kept it within my 1075 calories though.. just felt bad because it wasent 'healthy calories' (Is that wrong?).. Then friday ended up in Pizza hut.. at the buffet. didnt have any pizza though , just salad and pasta...
