have my first pack about 1pm, 2nd about 6pm and last of the day between 9 and 10 pm although a lot of the time i have to force the last one down so usually make a hot choc

Hi Guys...cant belive have been doing cambridge sole source since april and only just stumbled upon this site. Are some really great success stories and hopefully this might help to keep me on track, so far official weight loss 53 pounds but not had weigh in for 3 weeks as my counciler away...
