    Eggs.. Yes I'm fussy!

:giggle:The yolk's the best bit! las time I was on WW I used to have a fried or soft bolied egg and I'd dip my Ryvitas into it- saves on points and is a lot yummier than it sounds! I really fancy egg and chips now...

    Hey Everyone

Hey hun, welcome to the boards. Lunch is something I always struggle with, and don't have the luxury of going home, you're actually quite lucky! How about making yourself a o point omlette? use some egg whites and fill it with zero points veg for extra flavour-I love chucking peppers, onions and...

    Hey Hey

Thanks hun. I hope I feel like that this time around. I think that because it's near my birthday and I've been evaluating things, I may just be slightly more motivated than all the other times I've tried dieting. My 20 year old sis with buttcheeks made of iron pointed out that with each...

    Hey Hey

This is true-my diet's been so bad lately that eating right will be a major shock to the system. Just need to remember my 5 a day next week! Thanks hun, I'm sure I'll be bugging you lot in no time! I dunno what it is-we KNOW we can do it but we just don't, well I don't anyway! But we can...

    'Fat clubs' thriving in America

I'm amazed that no one thought of this sooner-it's a good money spinner. Are there any of these clubs in the uk? If not, get down to your bank and get a new business loan! I do like the idea, it's good that people can have a place they can go to where they feel comfortable in being themselves...

    Yo Yo!

I had thought about Slimming World but I can't afford classes right now so I kind of need to stick with what I know. I follow WW Core plan, so it's similar (ish) to Slimming World as my world kind of revolves around food! So I'll probably end up popping onto the SW section as well at some point...

    Hi there!

Hey Lozzie, I'm re starting Weight Watchers this week and I too will be going it alone as I just can't spare the £20 a month at the minute, and to be honest, never really got much inspiration at my meeting. Good luck, hope to see ya in the WW section. xx

    Hello....

Hey Stacey, welcome aboard. I'm in a similar situation as you are-I've only got what seems like a small amount of weight to lose but finding it harder than some people who have loads to lose, hence why I'm making yet another return to Weight Watchers. Good luck on your journey hun. ps, I...

Men 'prefer curvy women to those those who are size zero', study claims

I agree with this. We all have our own ideas of what's beautiful and what's not. I can't help but wonder what the result of that study would be if it had been conducted in Los Angles, where size zero and plastic surgery etc..are more the norm (just a thought) I've never thought of the media...
