    hey excercise is good as muscle boost the rate that you burn fat, so basically if you are resting then your bady will burn more than if you dont exercise. im new to tfr but been exercising for the last few weeks, think i want to get into the habbit as i wont be on lipotrim forever. :) x

    starting lipotrim 11/10/11
