Hi... I am new today starting slimfast. I have done a month on the Cambridge Diet and lost 14lbs. It's too expensive though so I am switching to Slimfast and hoping it works. I do not know how to do the weight tracker thing at the bottom that you all have. TBH, I am pretty rubbish on the pc...
