    Induction Phase Question

    I also always eat the same on a DD - 2 slices of toast with marmalade and tea around lunchtime and a bowl of Special K and an apple in the evening.. for some reason I find it easier to stick to if it's always the same! Good luck if you decide to start!!

    Yay well done! It really is good when you stick to it :) I haven't been so good this week, all my friends have come home for Easter and I have eaten out every night for about 4 days :eek: Oh well I'll get back on it from Friday hehe x

    I had a look round the shops today, and there's nothing like sunny weather and pretty spring clothes to make me want to drop the pounds! I'd love to buy a dress in a size 10 (and for it to fit :rolleyes:) this summer hehe! Maybe a bit of window shopping would help get you motivated :)

    Meal/Snack ideas for Down Days

    I love to eat ice poles in the evening.. and they're only 1/2 a calorie each! I can easily eat 10 whilst watching tv but thats only 5cals!
