Hey, I too felt like this yesterday on the CD diet, so i decided to eat as of today!!! Big Huge Mistake.... I feel like a total let down and realised that being on the diet wasnt all that bad, and the bloated, sluggish feeling has already returned. As of tomorrow im back on it with a vengeance...
